OS10 car park flooring with Rayston Floor PUA 30 PARK

Cutaway of OS10 car-park flooring over cracked concrete: cream primer, grey intermediate and textured grey topcoat in an underground garage

Engineer notes. Not a blog. OS10 car park flooring is a cracked-concrete protection class. It is not a polyaspartic-only PAS 10 card.

Write OS10 car park flooring as a surface-protection class, not as a colour. Krypton magazine NUM.5 (October 2025) puts OS10 on Rayston Floor PUA 30 PARK. The named rehab is a car park in central Oslo. Therefore the specifier cites DAfStB and the named coats together.

01

What OS10 car park flooring actually declares

NUM.5 describes OS10 as a surface protection system under TR Instandhaltung, regulated by the DAfStB directive. It is written for cracked concrete in high-traffic car parks. Crack-bridging is classed IVT+V in the DAfStB guide. The magazine also cites DIN 1504-2, fire Bfl-s1, and protection against salts, fuel, oil and water. Catalogue 2024 already lists Rayston Floor D50 FR (hot-spray polyurea pavement with fire resistance) and Rayston Floor D40 FR with Bfl-s1.

The Oslo build is Primer Epoxy 100 plus Rayston Floor D50 FR plus Kryptanate 100 LV (low-viscosity polyaspartic). NUM.5 cites fast cure, gloss retention, adhesion and low-temperature resistance. This is not Rayston Floor PAS 10. PAS 10 is Kryptanate M only. Keep the OS10 mark on PUA 30 PARK.

However, IVT+V is a class. It is not a kilogram rate. Read thickness from the current TDS. Also, do not invent kg/m².

How to specify OS10 car park flooring

First, name cracked-concrete parking traffic. Then name Primer Epoxy 100, Rayston Floor D50 FR and Kryptanate 100 LV. After that, cite OS10, DAfStB IVT+V and Bfl-s1 as the magazine prints them. In addition, size the area on the calculator.

See Rayston Floor D50 FR, Kryptanate 100 LV, Primer Epoxy 100, indoor and outdoor parking, car park roofs, and documents. Area: calculator.

Outbound reference: DIN — DIN 1504-2.

A yellow bay marking is not the class. Keep OS10 car park flooring on Rayston Floor PUA 30 PARK.

Therefore the current TDS remains the source for mix and overcoat. First name the class. Next name the three coats. After that open documents. Also keep PAS 10 off this clause.

These notes do not replace the current TDS, SDS or a written specification. For pack sizes, mix ratio and kg/m², read the current sheet, then the calculator.
