Specify Rayston Floor EP10 as a two-component pigmented epoxy on prepared concrete. Krypton magazine NUM.4 (December 2024) names a mechanical workshop in Italy at 800 m². Therefore the specifier writes primer, body and finish, not a sample.
What Rayston Floor EP10 actually schedules
The magazine prints Primer Epoxy 100 (epoxy primer) plus EP Coat 100 (pigmented epoxy topcoat) in several colours. A layer of Colodur Eco (two-component aliphatic polyurethane finish) is added for a glossy coat. Catalogue 2024 lists EP Coat 100 as an indoor epoxy topcoat. Colodur Eco is the UV-stable finish the body still needs where the sheet says so.
NUM.4 describes Rayston Floor EP10 as a two-component system based on pigmented epoxy resins, smooth or textured, for concrete in industrial facilities, warehouses and parking. It is not Pavifloor (self-levelling polyurethane body). It is not Rayston Floor D50 FR (hot-spray polyurea pavement).
However, a red bay is not a chemical plant. Agri-food and hospitals sit on different application pages. Also, do not invent kg/m².
How to write Rayston Floor EP10
First, name the traffic as workshop or warehouse. Then name Primer Epoxy 100, EP Coat 100 and Colodur Eco in one clause. After that, read consumption from the current TDS, then the calculator. In addition, keep colours as a finish decision, not as the system name.
