Almansa pool Polyurea Rayston Paintchlore 2K

Engineer notes. Not a blog. 110 m² private pool, Almansa (Albacete). Almansa pool Paintchlore 2K (two-component acrylic-PU hybrid) is the named chlorinated finish over Polyurea Rayston (pure polyurea).
Almansa pool Paintchlore 2K (two-component acrylic-PU hybrid, aliphatic isocyanate) is the finish named on the 110 m² leaking private pool in Almansa, Albacete. Therefore the specifier writes Paintchlore 2K and Polyurea Rayston (100% pure polyurea) in the same sentence. The work sat on the existing ceramic tiles. A blue photograph is not a chlorine class.
How Almansa pool Paintchlore 2K was stacked
Magazine NUM.3 names a three-step system on the pre-existing ceramic. The header prints Rayston Epoxy 100 Gel (transparent two-component solvent-free epoxy sealer). The sequence is priming with EPOXY 100 by airless, then POLYUREA RAYSTON as the intermediate, then PAINTCHLORE 2K by airless. Keep the gel and Primer Epoxy 100 (two-component solvent-free epoxy primer) as named products on the current TDS. The magazine also prints “Paintclhore”; the catalogue name is Paintchlore 2K.
Paintchlore 2K is always supplied coloured. It is written for chlorinated and salt immersion. Polyurea Rayston carries CE EN-1504-2, ETA ETAG005 16/0148, BBA 18/5582 and WRAS BS6920. An aliphatic topcoat is still required where the polyurea sees UV. However, do not invent kg/m². Read the current TDS, then the calculator.
See Almansa pool Paintchlore 2K on swimming pools, Paintchlore 2K and documents.
Outbound reference: CEN-CENELEC.
First, name the ceramic substrate. Then name Polyurea Rayston. After that, name Paintchlore 2K as the chlorinated finish.
These notes do not replace the current TDS, SDS or a written specification. For pack sizes, mix ratio and kg/m², read the current sheet, then the calculator.
