Specify Impermax EP manholes when the structure is buried and wet. Impermax EP (thixotropic bicomponente epoxi, 100% solids) is written for interior lining of manholes and other buried structures without support movement. Krypton magazine NUM.3 (March 2023) names biogenic acid attack from wastewater. Therefore the specifier writes commercial name and chemical type in the same sentence.
What Impermax EP manholes actually are
Catalogue 2024 prints Impermax EP as compatible with wet concrete (not standing water) and with high chemical resistance in continuous contact with wastewater. NUM.3 adds that it needs no prior priming, in a single high-thickness coat, horizontal or vertical, because of its thixotropy. Once cured it is a continuous, watertight seal. Keep that chemistry on this name. Do not move it onto Polyurea Rayston (pure poliurea).
However, Krypton ProLine CH55 is a different chemical lining. Purification plants on this site may schedule Polyurea Rayston, Impermax EP or CH55 — pick the name the application page already uses. Also, do not invent kg/m². Thickness stays on the current TDS.
Cómo redactar Impermax EP manholes
First, name the buried sewer or manhole and the wastewater. Then name Impermax EP (thixotropic bicomponente epoxi). After that, keep standing water off the imprimación clause. In addition, size the area on the calculadora once the sheet is read.
