ProLine AB95P warehouse anti-corrosion
Engineer notes. Not a blog. ProLine AB95P warehouse is an aluminium primer, an abrasion intermediate and an aliphatic top coat. It is not C5H zinc-MIO.
Specify ProLine AB95P warehouse as a three-coat anti-corrosion system on industrial steel. Krypton magazine NUM.4 (December 2024) names a warehouse in Gran Canaria at 580 m². Therefore the specifier writes PU AL Primer, AB95 P and PU 1000 TC, not a zinc-MIO C5H card.
What ProLine AB95P warehouse actually schedules
The magazine prints Krypton ProLine PU AL Primer (aluminium polyurethane primer), Krypton ProLine AB95 P (abrasion-and-impact intermediate) and Krypton ProLine PU 1000 TC (aliphatic polyurethane top coat). NUM.4 uses the same primer plus AB95 P, without the top coat named, on Parla Tram catenary poles in Madrid. Keep AB95 P on those cards. Do not move ISO 12944 C5H from the highway system onto this warehouse unless the current sheet says so.
Catalogue 2024 lists the PU AL primer, the AB polyurea family and PU 1000 TC as separate names. A blue cladding photograph is not a hybrid lining. It is not CH55. It is not a roof membrane.
However, an exterior colour is not a thickness. Read dry-film build from the current TDS. Also, do not invent kg/m².
How to write ProLine AB95P warehouse
First, name industrial steel in a marine or island climate as the magazine’s Canary job implies. Then name PU AL Primer, AB95 P and PU 1000 TC in one clause. After that, send surface preparation to the current sheet. In addition, size the area on the calculator.

Therefore mix ratio stays on the sheet. First name the aluminium primer. Next name AB95 P. After that name PU 1000 TC. Also keep this card off a polyurea roof.
