Paviflex gym flooring (flexible two-component polyurethane) is the system named on the 1,300 m² Italian gym. Therefore the specifier writes Paviflex (flexible two-component polyurethane) and the rubber mat in the same sentence. A glossy corridor is not a shock pad.
How Paviflex gym flooring is stacked
The magazine stack is PU 2K Adhesive (two-component polyurethane adhesive) to fix the rubber mat. Then Paviflex with Rayston Thickener to seal the mat. Then Paviflex gym flooring as the self-levelling body. The finish is Colodur Eco (water-based aliphatic polyurethane). Application is cold.
Magazine NUM.3 also states Paviflex carries CE marking, a plant-origin carbon certificate, asbestos encapsulation under the Ministry of Health Decree of 20/08/1999 and UNI 10686:1998, and impact-noise absorption of −17 dB to UNE-EN ISO 10140. Those marks stay on Paviflex. They do not move onto a hot-spray hybrid.
