ProLine C5H steel on a highway structure

Engineer notes. Not a blog. ProLine C5H steel is a zinc primer, a micaceous intermediate and an aliphatic top coat. It is not a polyurea lining.
Specify ProLine C5H steel as a three-coat anti-corrosion system. Krypton magazine NUM.4 (December 2024) names the C-32 highway, Castelldefels–Garraf, at 1,800 m². Therefore the specifier writes primer, intermediate and finish by commercial name.
What ProLine C5H steel actually is
The magazine prints Krypton ProLine PU ZN Primer (zinc polyurethane primer), Krypton ProLine AC MIO (micaceous iron oxide intermediate) and Krypton ProLine PU 1000 TC (aliphatic polyurethane top coat). Catalogue 2024 certifies a C5H system to ISO 12944-6:2018 on that family. Keep the ISO mark on the coats the catalogue names. Do not move it onto a hybrid polyurea.
This is not Krypton ProLine AB95 P. That intermediate sits on a different warehouse card. This is not Krypton ProLine CH55, which is a chemical-resistant lining. A highway steel photograph is not a pipe interior.
However, C5H is an atmospheric corrosivity class. It is not a thickness. Read dry-film build from the current TDS. Also, do not invent kg/m².
How to write ProLine C5H steel
First, name the exposure as highway steel. Then name PU ZN Primer, AC MIO and PU 1000 TC in one clause. After that, cite ISO 12944-6:2018 as Catalogue 2024 prints it. In addition, size the area on the calculator once the sheet is read.
See Krypton ProLine PU ZN Primer, Krypton ProLine AC MIO, Krypton ProLine PU 1000 TC, metal structures and engineering, and documents. Area: calculator.
Outbound reference: ISO 12944-6.
A railing photograph is not a floor. Keep ProLine C5H steel on the protective chapter.
Therefore mix ratio stays on the sheet. First name the zinc primer. Next name the MIO. After that name the aliphatic top coat. Also keep this card off a roof membrane.
These notes do not replace the current TDS, SDS or a written specification. For pack sizes, mix ratio and kg/m², read the current sheet, then the calculator.
