Engineer notes. Not a blog. Keep pure polyurea vs hybrid as separate names. Polyurea Rayston (pure polyurea) is the pure hot-spray. Impermax Polyurea H (hot-spray hybrid polyurea) is the hybrid. Therefore do not collapse H, H Flex and Rayston into one generic polyurea.

Polyurea Rayston carries CE EN-1504-2, ETA ETAG005 16/0148, BBA 18/5582 and WRAS in Catalogue 2024. Impermax Polyurea H carries ETA 11/062. Impermax Polyurea H Flex carries EAD-030675 21/0740 for bridge decks. Impermax Polyurea H Supreme and Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme carry CE EN-1504-2.
Airport roofs, car-park roofs and pedestrian roofs may schedule more than one of these. The application page is the schedule. Cold polyurea (ETE 17/0509) is a third family. It is not a hot-spray. It is not Impermax 1K. Use the name printed on the card.
However, a UV finish is still required where the catalogue says so. Rayston Fire E is a bleacher membrane, not a generic roof finish. Also, read consumption from the current TDS, then the calculator.

First, write the commercial name. Then write the chemical type in the same sentence. After that, cite only the mark Catalogue 2024 prints on that name.

A generic polyurea line on a drawing is not a specification. Write the commercial name.
Therefore the current TDS remains the source for mix ratio, overcoat and consumption. Then the calculator sizes the area. However, a number invented here would be a specification error.
