Data we process and why

When you send a distributor or technical enquiry, we process the details you provide, such as your name, organisation, contact details, country and message, to answer the request and take steps you ask us to take before entering a business relationship. Contact Form 7 is used for distributor enquiries.

If you subscribe to updates, the Newsletter plugin processes your email address and subscription preferences on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us.

WordPress and our hosting environment may process limited technical data, including IP address, browser information and security logs, where necessary to operate and protect the site. We may retain business correspondence where required for legitimate business administration or legal compliance.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Data is available only to authorised personnel and service providers needed to host, secure and operate the website and communications. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require an appropriate safeguard recognised under EU data-protection law.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship and meet legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to minimal suppression records needed to respect that choice.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
