Nursery school roof Impermax Polyurea H

Engineer notes. Not a blog. Nursery-school roof. Impermax Polyurea H (hot-spray hybrid polyurea) is the named membrane.
Primer TP Flex is the recorded primer on aged bitumen. White Colodur (single-component aliphatic polyurethane topcoat) is the UV sealer. Therefore the specifier writes the commercial name and the chemical type in the same sentence. A white roof is not, by itself, a system.
The recorded build
First, name the existing bituminous surface. Primer TP Flex is recorded for adhesion on that substrate. Then name Impermax Polyurea H (hot-spray hybrid polyurea): Catalogue 2026 lists it for roofs, parking decks and foam protection; the job record applies it hot as a continuous layer. After that, name white Colodur as the UV sealer. The how-we-do-it note also records a reflective effect from that white finish.
Do not write a cold polyurea body onto this spray clause. Also, do not invent a kilogram rate. Read consumption from the current sheet, then the calculator.
How to specify Impermax Polyurea H on a nursery roof
Name aged bitumen, hot-spray hybrid polyurea and an aliphatic sealer. Keep each as a named product on the current TDS. White Colodur is a finish, not the waterproofing.
See cool roofs, roofs, balconies and terraces and products. Documents stay on /documents/.

Outbound reference: EOTA.
A courtyard cut-out is a detail. It stays on the same membrane sentence as the field.
These notes do not replace the current TDS, SDS or a written specification. For pack sizes, mix ratio and kg/m², read the current sheet, then the calculator.
