Tecnocem (epoxy-cement mortar) and Rayston Epoxy 100 (solvent-free epoxy primer) sit under that body. Therefore the specifier writes the commercial name and the chemical type in the same sentence. A colour sample is not the system.

First, name residual moisture in the concrete. Tecnocem (epoxy-cement mortar) is the recorded base where that risk is present. Then name Rayston Epoxy 100 (solvent-free epoxy primer) as the seal before the body. After that, name Pavisoft (self-levelling 100% solids polyurethane) as the comfort layer.
Colodur Eco (two-component aliphatic polyurethane topcoat) is the recorded sealer, in white, pink and satin transparent, with an anti-slip additive. Catalogue 2026 lists Pavisoft for comfort flooring and Colodur Eco for resin floors. Do not swap in Pavifloor (self-levelling polyurethane) from a warehouse aisle.
How to specify Pavisoft on a clinic floor
Name hygiene, impact and wet-soiling, not a sports-court class. Keep primer, body and aliphatic finish as named products on the current TDS. Do not invent a kilogram rate. Read consumption from the current sheet, then the calculator.
