Alzheimer’s Reus Impermax 2K PIR

Engineer notes. Not a blog. Alzheimer’s Therapy Center and Memory Unit, Reus. Alzheimer’s Reus Impermax 2K (two-component polyurethane) over PIR panels plus Colodur Pigmented white is the named cool roof.
Alzheimer’s Reus Impermax 2K (two-component hot-spray polyurethane) is the membrane named on the timber Alzheimer’s Therapy Center and Memory Unit in Reus. Therefore the specifier writes Impermax 2K and PIR insulating panels in the same sentence. This is not the 300 m² Edificio Catalunya roof, which used Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme (solvent-free two-component polyurea).
How Alzheimer’s Reus Impermax 2K sat on PIR
Magazine NUM.2 names PIR insulating panels (foamed insulation with low thermal conductivity) on top of the roof. Dual function: insulation and slope. Then Impermax 2K waterproofing resin. Then a cool-roof finish with Colodur Pigmented (one-component aliphatic polyurethane) in white. Catalogue 2024 prints ETA 10/0296, 25 years (W3), plus root-penetration and asbestos-encapsulation certificates on Impermax 2K. An aliphatic topcoat is required outdoors.
However, do not invent kg/m². Do not move Cold Polyurea Supreme onto this timber court. Read the current TDS, then the calculator.
See Alzheimer’s Reus Impermax 2K on cool roofs, thermal-acoustic insulation roofs and Impermax 2K.
Outbound reference: EOTA — European Technical Assessments.
First, name the PIR slope. Then name Alzheimer’s Reus Impermax 2K. After that, name Colodur Pigmented white.
These notes do not replace the current TDS, SDS or a written specification. For pack sizes, mix ratio and kg/m², read the current sheet, then the calculator.
