Impermax Aqua cool roof on a non-pedestrian deck

Engineer notes. Not a blog. An Impermax Aqua cool roof is a white water-based membrane on a maintenance-only roof. It is not a pedestrian terrace.
Write an Impermax Aqua cool roof as a non-pedestrian system. Krypton magazine NUM.4 (December 2024) names the Hilton Hotel, Mexico D.F., at 2,400 m². Therefore the specifier writes maintenance traffic only.
What an Impermax Aqua cool roof actually is

Impermax Aqua (water-based hybrid aliphatic polyurethane, 1K) is the membrane. Catalogue 2024 marks it CE EN-1504-2. The magazine pigments it white for a cool-roof effect. It is not Impermax A (aliphatic moisture-activated polyurethane). It is not a hot-spray hybrid.
The named build starts with cleaning. Rayston Flex 3040 treats local defects. Mesh reinforces selected areas. Humidity Primer LV (epoxy primer for residual moisture) is the primer the magazine prints as Epoxy H LV Primer. After that, Impermax Aqua is the waterproofing layer.
However, a cool-roof colour does not make the deck pedestrian. NUM.4 writes the Rayston system for non-pedestrian roofs, maintenance only. Do not move this card onto stands. Do not move it onto a car-park roof. Also, do not invent kg/m².
How to schedule an Impermax Aqua cool roof
First, name the exposure as maintenance-only. Then name Humidity Primer LV and Impermax Aqua in the same clause. After that, keep the white pigment on the current TDS. In addition, size the area on the calculator once the sheet is read.
See Impermax Aqua, Humidity Primer LV, roofs, balconies and terraces, and documents. Area is sized on the calculator.
Outbound reference: CEN-CENELEC — EN 1504-2.
A white film is not a specification. Keep the commercial name and the chemical type in one sentence. Then send the applicator to the current sheet.
Therefore consumption, mix and overcoat stay on the TDS. A number invented here would be a specification error. First open documents. Next name the primer. After that name the membrane. Also keep the cool-roof pigment on the same clause.
These notes do not replace the current TDS, SDS or a written specification. For pack sizes, mix ratio and kg/m², read the current sheet, then the calculator.
